Engineering safety inspection requirements for LED display screen ceiling project

2. Component layout and section size inspection
The
layout of components of LED sky curtain project is investigated, and 8
concrete-filled steel tubular columns and 8 pipe truss components are
selected for LED sky curtain project by using steel tape, vernier
caliper and ultrasonic thickness gauge. The cross-sectional dimensions
of the measured components meet the design requirements.
3. Detection of bending sagittal height and verticality of concrete filled steel tubular column
The
prism free total station is used to extract 8 steel column members from
the LED sky curtain project, and the bending sagittal height and
perpendicularity are tested respectively. The measured bending sagittal
height deviation of concrete-filled steel tubular column members is 1mm ~
5mm and the perpendicularity deviation is 0.9mm ~ 20.6mm, which are
less than the limit value in the code for acceptance of construction
quality of steel structures (GB50205-2001).
4. Detection of coating dry paint film thickness of pipe truss and steel column rod
Tt260
coating thickness gauge is used to sample 30 pipe truss members from
LED sky curtain project to detect the thickness of dry paint film of
anti-corrosion coating on the surface of pipe truss members. The
thickness of dry paint film of anti-corrosion coating on the surface of
components shall meet the requirements of code for acceptance of
construction quality of steel structures (GB50205-2001): 150 outdoor μ
m. Indoor shall be 125 μ m. The allowable deviation is - 25 μ M.
5. Weld quality inspection
The
digital display ultrasonic flaw detector is used to extract 48 butt
welds and related line welds from the LED sky curtain project for weld
quality inspection. The measured weld quality meets the requirements of
weld quality grade II.
6. Appearance quality, damage and leakage inspection
Inspect the appearance quality, damage and leakage of video display
of LED sky curtain project: corrosion of connectors, wrinkling,
sagging, peeling and rust return of steel members, as well as cracks and
deformation.

quality, welding process, corrosion, deformation and uneven settlement
of foundation have caused major potential safety hazards to the
structure of LED video wall
