compete with the LCD splicing screen. At present, only the LCD screen

screen is promising and can popularize 4K in the future. For small
spacing LED electronic screens, higher pixel density means that the
difficulty of stability design shows an increase in geometric
cardinality. If the pixel spacing decreases by 50%, the backplane

has broken through the bottlenecks of 1.0, 0.8 and 0.6, but it is the
fundamental reason why only 3.0/2.5 products are really widely used. In

such a high pixel density.

In addition to the application scenarios such as radio and television,
the demand for color restoration range has never been strict in the
splicing wall market. From a comparative point of view, small spacing
LED is a natural wide color gamut product. Liquid crystal depends on
which light source is used.
05. Color resolution index
The
color resolution index is the actual viewing experience of the color
range on the contrast index, which represents the ability of the display

measurement of this index. However, on the whole, with the dual
advantages of color and contrast, the small spacing led must be the

06. Refresh frequency
The

resolution limit of human eyes.

Point
defect refers to the probability of bad points, bright spots, dark
spots and color tracks in the display equipment. In this regard, liquid
crystal products can also be controlled to an excellent level. In
contrast, effective control of point defect is one of the main technical
difficulties of LED screen, especially with the reduction of pixel
spacing, the control difficulty increases into geometric base.
08. Unit thickness
In
terms of cell thickness, liquid crystal has inherent advantages, and it
has been continuously optimized and improved; At present, although the
small spacing LED display screen has achieved super diversification,
there will not be much room for progress in the future.

of optical pollution and visual comfort, liquid crystal mainly refers to
glare and high-frequency blue light, while small spacing LED is too
bright and high-frequency blue light.
09. Consumables and display core life indicators
It
mainly refers to the lamp beads and backplane of LED display screen,
LCD screen body and light source. In this regard, the life advantage of

is clear, which can reach 100000 hours as a whole. The individual
difference of lamp beads of LED screen and the stability of backplane
determine that the life difference between individual splices of this

10. Engineering heat dissipation
Engineering
heat dissipation is an inevitable requirement for the long-term stable
operation of large-scale display system. In this regard, liquid crystal
has more significant advantages because of its low power consumption and
low power density. Although small spacing LED has the characteristics
of low power density, the overall power consumption will still be
higher. At the same time, small spacing LED products with high heat
dissipation requirements also mean that the system noise will be higher.
